Gruppo Frascino, through Credit Network and Finance SpA (“CNF”) expands its activities by investing in legal services with the creation of Arcus STAPA, (“Arcus”), a Joint-Stock Legal Firm, with Managing Partner Avv. Elena Frascino who brings a significant experience in the fields of public administration and civil law. Arcus will be based in Verona and Benevento initially with a team of 40 lawyers, to which 30 will be added in 2019.
Among the first STAPA in Italy, thanks to the collaboration with the financial partner CNF, Arcus will aim to provide integrated legal services also in the banking sector starting from a specialization in the insurance business that includes credit recovery, claims management and advisory in the context of non-performing loans transactions.
CNF, among the largest independent special servicers in terms of profitability in the Italian scenario, manages a total of € 3 billion in impaired loans and holds an absolute leadership share in the non-life insurance market with a market share of over 70%. After the launch of Z1S advisory firm in 2017, CNF now aims with Arcus to expand its activities with the strategic aim of integrating, under a single platform, a multiplicity of financial services mainly dedicated to banks, insurance companies and institutional investors.
At the operational level, Arcus will therefore be able to benefit from the know-how of Managing Partner Avv. Elena Frascino as well as the close collaboration with the management team and the operational infrastructures of CNF.
“The operation – comments President Frascino – aims to exploit the professional experience of the Managing Partner of Arcus and the operational capabilities of CNF in order to strengthen the already solid position of the Frascino Group in the Italian financial services market”.
“In order to maximize our impact with institutional clients, we felt the need to consider the legal activity as a business that provides high added value services. The possibility of acquiring a financial partner with whom to plan further growth projects within a single platform such as that of CNF, becomes for us an important pillar in our operational strategy “, said Avv. Elena Frascino, Managing Partner of Arcus.
